The seven-day MBA Orientation can't be missed...and we mean that literally. As an entering student, you will find the MBA Orientation provides an opportunity to get acclimated to the program through a series of interactive sessions. You'll sharpen your skills in several important areas, such as business communication, strategy, and teamwork. You'll sharpen your skills in several important areas, such as business communication, and teamwork. Optional sessions on excel will better position you for a successful start to your program.
The MBA Orientation will also provide you the time and opportunity to meet your classmates through in-class activities, social events, and team-building exercises. Your classmates will be a wonderful part of your two years at UW-Madison. Important professional networks will form during this time, as will many strong and lifelong friendships. The MBA Orientation is where it all begins.

MBA On, Wisconsin Weekend
On Wisconsin weekend will not take place due to COVID-19. The planning committee is looking to deliver certain portions of the program virtually, stay tuned.
MBA On, Wisconsin Weekend is designed exclusively for newly admitted students. This event provides an opportunity to explore Madison, meet other incoming students, and learn more about the Wisconsin MBA Program. Students who are admitted to the Consortium for Graduate Study in Management (CGSM) will have additional programming called Orientation Program (OP) Bootcamp that they will be required to attend. This programming is scheduled in conjunction with MBA On, Wisconsin Weekend, and CGSM students will be kept up-to-date about additional requirements and scheduling.
