Curriculum

The Wisconsin MBA Program specialization in real estate is designed within a two-year framework. Students are encouraged to consider our focused course track Applied Real Estate Investment Track (AREIT).

Career Tracks

There are many career tracks that can be taken in this field: development, lending and financing, asset and portfolio management, real estate advisory services, and economic development and public policy.

Real Estate Club

The Real Estate Club is open to all UW–Madison graduate and undergraduate students. The club meets several times per semester to learn from a variety of guests. Speakers cover a wide range of topics including the real estate markets, development, REITs, green building, and industry trends.
