The OTM Mentor Program is an outstanding opportunity for MBAs to connect with OTM alumni and industry executives. It also enables alumni and industry executives to influence the next generation of business leaders. The program design and purposes are intentionally simple. Each MBA student is assigned a mentor; mentors get directly involved with the OTM Program through our most important constituents, our students; and students get exposure to the wisdom and advice of top management. The focus of mentor-protégé interactions is on career and life choices, corporate and industry networking skills, professional information sharing in a value-free environment, and on having fun. Job placement is not a purpose nor an expectation of the Mentor Program.
"Being part of the OTM MBA specialization at Wisconsin has been a great experience. It has allowed me to learn from the next generation of graduates in the field, and share my experiences."
