Your Career

Marketing research drives business decisions and strategy in an organization. Marketing researchers understand consumer behavior and use this knowledge to impact the creation of new products, packaging, promotional events, and the development of branding and advertising campaigns. Find out more about the Marketing Research Industry.

Current Topics
Seminar

The Current Topics Seminar is designed to introduce students to marketing research practitioner issues not addressed within other courses. This includes a hands-on application of marketing research tools and techniques as well as training on research related leadership, consulting, and presentation skills.

Student Consulting Program

Projects bolster a student's experience, which benefits their résumé and allows them to apply their academic knowledge to business situations. We try to ensure each student has the opportunity to be a student consultant at least once throughout their two years here.

Faculty

Faculty members provide academic and curricular oversight. You may view each faculty member's biography and a brief overview of their current research, courses, and professional involvement.

Mentoring and Support

Students benefit from not only dedicated staff but a number of mentors, including our external advisory board members, alumni, and second-year MBA students. These mentors help students in everything from navigating their way through day-to-day coursework to choosing a full-time employer.

Student Profiles

Curiosity about consumers is what connects all of our students, regardless of their backgrounds. Our student profiles feature individual biographies of current classmates and their experiences.

Student Awards

Our community recognizes student achievements both inside and outside of the classroom. Whether it is through dedication to their specialization or leadership in student organizations, we reward our students for their hard work.
