Dean François Ortalo-Magné was recently featured in the Dean’s Corner section of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB International) website. The Wisconsin School of Business is accredited by the AACSB, a designation that fewer than 5% of the world’s 13,000 business programs have earned.
In the opinion piece, Ortalo-Magné discusses the challenges facing business schools. He argues that the successful business programs of the future will provide flexibility to students and go beyond the traditional delivery of knowledge.
"This new landscape not only poses a threat to many business programs, but also presents new opportunities,” Ortalo-Magné writes in the piece. “Success lies in optimizing how we source the delivery of knowledge, and re-inventing how we complement knowledge to inspire our graduates to join our communities of successful and grateful alumni.”
