The Wisconsin Alumni Association recently named Wisconsin School of Business Alumnus Anil Rathi a 2014 Forward Under 40
Rathi is the creator of the Innovation Challenge
, which is the world's largest and most established online innovation competition. Through the Innovation Challenge, students are paired with top companies to tackle pressing business and social challenges. Students win cash prizes, network, and gain real-world business experience. Many also land jobs and internships through the program.
Rathi is also the founder and CEO of Skild
, the technology platform behind the Innovation Challenge that organizations worldwide use to run local contests. Using the technology, hosts are able to easily register participants, collect entries, and enable judges to evaluate and score submissions. Skild has powered almost 200 competitions for Fortune 500 companies, universities, government agencies, nonprofits, and foundations.
