Assistant Professor - Management & Human Resources

Professor Honore's work sits at the intersection of strategic management, entrepreneurship, and human capital. She studies what affects individuals’ career interest or decision to become a startup founder, to work for an established firm, or to become a joiner (i.e. early employee of a startup). For example, with respect to the first option, she examines how founding teams’ prior work experience affects startup survival. She also investigates the mutual selection between startups and joiners.
