Professor - Operations & Information Management

Anne P. Massey is a professor in the Operations and Information Management Department at the Wisconsin School of Business. Her research centers on how information technology can be used to support individual, group, and organizational performance, with application to areas such as information technology (IT)-enabled services, collaborative work, and healthcare. She has published more than 100 articles, book chapters, and conference proceedings in leading academic journals and outlets.

Massey received a Ph.D. in decision sciences and engineering systems, master's in industrial engineering, and a bachelor’s degree in management, all from Rensselaer Institute of Technology in Troy, New York.

Prior to joining WSB, Massey has served as Dean’s Research Professor of information systems at Indiana’s Kelley School of Business as well as associate vice president in the Office of the Executive Vice President for University Academic Affairs.
