Interview Location

BBA Interviews are held at the Wisconsin BBA Interview Center in the Wisconsin School of Business (Grainger Hall)

Check-in begins at 7:45 a.m. Upon arrival, we will collect a business card from each recruiter and you will be escorted to your interview room. We will provide a packet containing your interview room assignment, name badge, interview schedule, and resumes for students on your schedule. Pastries and coffee are available in the recruiter lounges.

Please let us know if you would like to reserve a cab at the end of the day. A "time call" will be placed requesting pick up at the Brooks Street entrance to Grainger Hall.


Lunch is scheduled between 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. unless you indicate otherwise in BuckyNet when requesting your schedule. For your convenience, the Capital Cafe is located on the first floor of Grainger Hall. A list of nearby restaurants is available in the Recruiters' Lounge in the Dining Guide Book.

Some recruiting teams prefer to have a lunch room reserved for their use in Grainger Hall. To request a private lunch room, please contact Grainger Hall Event Services in advance of your arrival. Room requests for lunch will incur a room charge and food MUST be ordered through Grainger Hall Event Services catering.

Business lunch menus can be ordered with a one week (5 working days) notice. In addition, there are limited snack and pizza menus available for orders placed less than 5 working days prior to the delivery.

Recruiter Lounges

Interview schedules typically include a half-hour break at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. There is a Recruiter Lounge in both our Wisconsin BBA Interview Center as well as the MBA Career Management Center where you can relax between interviews, get caught up on your e-mail and voice mail, and meet with other recruiters and UW staff. The Lounge contains computers, a printer, television and refreshments.

Internet Access

Please request a guest wireless account when you check-in for your interviews. Wireless access is available to recruiters for your convenience.

Photocopies & Faxes

We are happy to run photocopies for recruiters within the interview suites.

We also send or receive faxes for recruiters. The fax number for the School of Business Career Center is 608.265.4190. Please include your full name and the name of your organization when having a fax sent to you.
