Audrey Randall is the President of Risk Academy 101. She has over twenty five years of experience in the insurance and risk management industry with seventeen of those years as a successful sales and marketing executive in the commercial property and casualty arena. She has successfully worked with clients in a variety of industries to help them manage their risks and purchase the right insurance coverage. Risk Academy 101 is a risk management consulting firm providing affordable risk management solutions.
Audrey has earned designations as a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Licensed Insurance Counselor (LIC) and Certified Risk Manager (CRM) and prior to her move to Madison served as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services (DIFS).
Laura Fay is the Agency Liaison for the Bureau of Consumer Protection within the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection. As the Agency Liaison, Laura travels around the state to educate the public, businesses, and law enforcement on the importance of privacy protection and data security. Laura is a graduate of the University of Washington-Seattle with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations, and has a Masters of Public Affairs from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Laura’s background in financial education and identity theft began while working as a Financial Specialist for UW Credit Union.
