Each summer, the ALC hosts the LeaderShape Institute, a six-day intensive leadership workshop for approximately sixty undergraduate students. The program follows a structured curriculum and involves large and small group discussions, team building events, and leadership activities. While strengthening personal abilities, students form strong bonds with their peers and have the opportunity to network with university faculty, staff, and business professionals. Students describe the week as a life-changing experience and a must-attend during their time at UW-Madison.
