Faculty and staff members may access many services and resources through both the University of Wisconsin-Madison at large and the Wisconsin School of Business (WSB) via the links listed below.

Business Services

Beyond the available online resources, you may coordinate specific types of requests with Business Services team members. The following departments have been created in order to better support the operational, financial, and technological needs of the School, faculty, and staff.

Academic Technology
and Web (ATW)

Consists of two groups:

  • Academic Technologies partners with faculty to provide a premium learning experience enhanced with technology, media content, and support. Services cover LRM, digital media, emerging technology tools, multimedia support, and event video recording.
  • Web Development works with clients within the School to ensure a clear and impactful online presence. Services cover website and email requests.

Building Services

Building Services is responsible for facility maintenance, health, and safety. They coordinate facility remodels and asset procurement along with leading beautification and sustainability efforts.

Conference Services

Conference Services offers a full range of event planning services and coordinates logistical details for events in Grainger Hall.

Copy Center

The Copy Center offers expertise on printing, finishing, and binding. They also provide full service support for instructional course packets.

Financial Management

The Office of Financial Management enables excellent stewardship of the School's financial resources, assures strong financial controls and fiscal compliance, and provides financial tools, reporting, training, and counsel to users throughout the School.

Human Resources (HR)

The Office of Human Resources offers information and resources for faculty and staff about payroll/benefits, employee relations, training, and more. This includes content tailored to both new and current employees.

Information Technology Solutions (ITS)

Information Technology Solutions’ primary focus areas include multi-tier help desk support, data protection and security, LRM project management and development, event management software services, student evaluations, software and hardware procurement and maintenance, lab and podium systems management, and network infrastructure management.

Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC)

Integrated Marketing Communications is the full-service, in-house agency of the Wisconsin School of Business, offering expertise in marketing communications, brand identity, editorial content, public relations, social media, design, and photography.
