Jennifer Condon is the director of web merchandising at Lands’ End. She directs and oversees all product presentation and brand strategies for the U.S. consumer direct digital customer. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology and business administration at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and is currently pursuing her MBA at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Jenny is very passionate about customer service and the customer experience as well as an omni-channel approach to retail. She drives this in her everyday job, as well as in coaching people and small businesses.
Jenny is an entrepreneur at heart. She opened her first business when she was 24, a small souvenir shop on State Street in Madison, Wisconsin. Two years later, she opened JCMadison, a boutique and Internet retail website selling designer handbags and clothing. Impressive growth digitally gave her business accolades in national magazines including People magazine, where she was touted as the website for “hippest handbags.”
Jenny enjoys spending her free time with her two young boys and family, and traveling when time permits. She is an avid runner and is passionate about the outdoors. Her love for fashion and retail lends itself well to her personal and professional life.
