Adam DudzinskiBrand and Product Management

Adam Dudzinski graduated from the University of Iowa in 2018 with a double major in Finance and Marketing with a professional selling track. After graduation, he accepted an Inside Territory Sales role at Motorola Solutions, Inc. In this role, he was able to develop valuable experience in customer relationship and brand management. Through data driven campaigns, outbound calls, and emails, Adam was able to create and close opportunities to provide comprehensive public safety solutions to fire departments, police departments, schools, and hospitals. Throughout his time in the role, Adam achieved on average 108% to quota every quarter in the position, and because of his early adoption of different sales and marketing software, Adam was assigned the leadership role of Software Specialist for the Inside Sales Team. As the Software Specialist, Adam assisted his team members in adopting the software and walking the team through any software issues they may have. During his time at Motorola Solutions, Adam has accounted for over $2MM in revenue for the company.

Outside of his work responsibilities, Adam is involved with multiple organizations that support children fighting cancer in multiple hospitals across the Midwest. He has held multiple leadership roles for the University of Iowa Dance Marathon and Chicago Dance Marathon, which are organizations that support kids at the University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital and the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago, respectively. Through Dance Marathon, Adam has been able to volunteer for the past three summers as a camp counselor for Children’s Cancer Connection, which is a camp that was specifically designed for kids who have or have had cancer. 

Adam is excited to bring his experiences working in both large corporations and with non-profits to the Center of Brand and Product Management at the Wisconsin School of Business to expand upon is strengths, improve his weaknesses, and positively impact the learning environment. This will allow him to become the best overall businessperson he can be in order to succeed in a variety of industries.
