Patrick Carroll graduated from Marquette University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing. Patrick then enrolled in Marquette University Law School, where he was a member of the Pro Bono Society, devoting more than fifty hours of volunteer legal service and graduating in 2013 with a Juris Doctorate. After graduation, Patrick joined the law firm of Cramer, Multhauf & Hammes as an associate attorney, focusing his practice on corporate, real estate and estate planning matters. In this role, he gained first-hand experience understanding the intricacies and motivations of real estate transactions. After almost four years in private practice, Patrick joined the corporate counsel team for Investors Associated, a real estate partnership. During the past year and a half at Investors Associated, Patrick has consistently provided sound guidance and representation for the Partnership, playing a key role in the development of a 114,000 square foot multi-tenant office building, negotiating three acquisitions totaling approximately $4.3MM, and spearheading the marketing initiative for the Partnership’s future development on Madison’s eastside.

Outside of his core work responsibilities, Patrick is involved in multiple extracurricular initiatives: he is a board member and the human resources committee chairperson for The Caring Place, an adult day care center and Meals on Wheels program in Waukesha County. In his spare time, Patrick stays active by practicing yoga, playing sports, and enjoys taking long walks with his wife and their dog, “Hank”. Patrick is excited to pursue his MBA at the James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate at the University of Wisconsin-Madison to strengthen his underwriting and portfolio management talents.
