Biography
David ClarkReal Estate and Urban Land Economics

David Clark graduated from the University of Maryland in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a specialization in International Relations. After graduation, he accepted a role as a Research Associate with the Costar Group. In this position, he developed an expansive knowledge of real estate development receiving experience with real estate professionals in helping to market their properties. After two years and awards including Employee of the Month, he received a promotion to Market Analyst. He quickly moved to a lead role, presenting to clients in major Midwestern cities, including St/ Louis, Cincinnati and Indianapolis. During his time in this role, David worked in close coordination with the sales and research departments, providing trainings and fielding customer requests for custom deliverables and economic analysis.

When he is not working, David enjoys reading Malcom Gladwell and cheering on his beloved Maryland Terrapins. He retains an interest in public policy, developed during his time interning in the United States House of Representatives. David hopes to combine his experience in commercial real estate with his passion for serving the public and making his community a better place to live.
