Jay graduated with an MS-Marketing degree from the Wisconsin School of Business in 1980 and has had an extensive career in the CPG and financial sectors. Jay started his career in Research at Clorox, later moving to SC Johnson. Jay moved to the Mead Johnson Division of Bristol Myers, to lead global new product insights, traveling extensively throughout Asia and Latin America. From there Jay went on to a Global Insights role at Citigroup before joining an e-commerce start-up that was being incubated by the e-Citi division. Currently, Jay has his own consulting firm, GrowthSpeed Partners. Jay remains closely connected to the A.C. Nielsen Center for Marketing Research and has served on the EAB Executive Committee, been a frequent guest speaker and Summit committee member among other roles.
