John Copeland is the Vice President, Marketing and Customer Insights at Adobe. Prior to this role John was Senior Director, Marketing Science and Customer Analytics at Adobe. Prior to joining Adobe, John was the Global Lead, Customer Insights & Analytics at eBay. At eBay, John’s team used a variety of primary, secondary, and third-party data and research tools to create better experiences for eBay’s buyers and sellers.

Prior to eBay, John has held leadership positions in Marketing and Customer Strategy for global consultancies such as McKinsey & Company, Accenture, Prophet, and Rosetta.  His clients span many consumer-facing industries, including retail, packaged goods, healthcare, financial services, technology, and media.

John has a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of Minnesota and a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
