EY (formerly Ernst & Young) is a global leader in assurance, tax, transaction, and advisory services, helping companies across the world identify and capitalize on business opportunities. Based in London, the organization has offices in more than 150 countries and is the most globally managed of the “Big Four” accounting firms.

EY sets global standards and oversees global policy and consistency of service. As an international leader in providing insights and strategic services to top organizations across industries, EY has taken a unified, global approach to meet international client demand for high-quality, integrated, and cross-border service.

To support their global approach to business, EY has a particular interest in preparing tomorrow’s workforce with a global mindset — that is, infusing business education with the intellectual, social, and psychological capabilities that allow individuals to succeed anywhere in the world.

As part of this effort, EY has invested in the Wisconsin School of Business Innovation Fund to support the development of the Global Mindset Leaders Program for business students. As the first corporate partner of the Wisconsin School of Business Innovation Fund, EY is providing students with transformational academic and extracurricular experiences that demonstrate the value of diversity in the classroom, workplace, and business environment. The program will fund a curriculum designed to encourage students to gain a deeper understanding of cultural and social diversity in business, and prepare them to collaborate seamlessly with people worldwide. The gift also supports scholarships and outreach to underrepresented minority students.

EY’s $1.1 million gift to the school represents a collaboration between alumni and friends at EY and the EY Foundation.
