Joe is the head of Customer Insights and Strategy for Kohl’s, where he has worked leading teams in customer insights, analytics and strategy since 2008.

Prior to joining Kohl’s, Joe held roles in Global Consumer Insights for McDonald’s, Advanced Analytics for IRI, and Marketing for Quaker Oats.  He has a BA in History from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Michigan’s Ross School of Business.

Joe lives in the Milwaukee area with his wife and three children.
