After graduating from the A.C. Nielsen Center in 2012, Gail began working in Consumer Insights at General Mills.  During her tenure Gail has worked on Multicultural Insights and Analytics, the Progresso soup brand, General Mills’ portfolio of natural and organic brands (Annie’s, Cascadian Farm, Muir Glen), and now the Cheerios franchise.  She also did a rotation in Innovation/Category Expansion where she represented Consumer Insights on a small cross-functional team that employed the principles of Agile Project Management and Design Thinking. 

Prior to attending UW, Gail was a member of the consulting team at Harris/Decima, a Canadian public opinion research firm (Canadian division of Harris Interactive). In addition to an MBA, she have completed a MSc. Management degree with a specialization in marketing (Queen's University) and a Bachelor of Commerce in marketing (Concordia University).
