Career Development

Career development is a significant part of the MBA experience. Students receive individualized support and training from the Center director and from the MBA Career Management Center.

At the beginning of fall semester, students initiate a career development plan. New and returning students polish their resumes, develop tailored cover letters, and participate in mock interviews. All students have regularly scheduled career development meetings with the director to track progress and review action plans. In addition to this individualized guidance and the placement opportunities available via the business school’s MBA Career Services Office, students also conduct their own independent job and internship searches.

We focus on serving current MBA students in their internship and full-time job preparation and search. From one-to-one advising and group workshops, to course facilitation and online resources, the MBA Career Management Center strives to provide the preparation and resources to have each student achieve their post-MBA career goals.

Current MBA students can access our job board and career event calendar by logging into eRecruiting. Many other resources to assist with your job search are available through the MBA CareerNet intranet site.
