In the interest of our students, and to provide equitable recruiting for all of our employers, we ask that employers who recruit students from the Wisconsin School of Business adhere to the following guidelines regarding extending offers:

Full-Time

For employers recruiting students for full-time positions, we ask that employers give students until December 15, 2013, or two weeks, whichever is longer, to weigh the offer and make a decision. This applies to employers who extend offers from internships, recruit on campus, or recruit through other activities such as national conferences or on-site interviews.

Internships

For employers recruiting first-year students for summer internships, we ask that employers give students until February 28, 2014, or two weeks, whichever is longer, to weigh the offer and make a decision. This applies to employers who recruit on campus or through other recruiting activities such as national conferences or on-site interviews.
