Dan Olszewski, faculty associate in Management and Human Resources and director of the Weinert Center for Entrepreneurship,was quoted in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel yesterday in an article entitled, “A New Way of Investing Opens to Businesses”. The article discusses a Web-powered money-raising technique pioneered by charities and arts projects called “Crowdfunding” and its potential role in the future of business. Olszewski commented, "It definitely has a lot of potential for certain types of start-ups that need a limited amount of investment dollars to launch their business.” Read more here.
