New Parking Reservation System for Grainger Hall
UW Transportation Services has converted Lot 7 beneath Grainger Hall to an hourly, pay-as-you-go lot. This change will impact our parking reservations policies for the remainder of the 2012-2013 academic year. The Wisconsin BBA Interview Center will have a limited number of advance permits for recruiters and company representatives for their on-campus interviews (OCI) at the Wisconsin School of Business.
Recruiters must make their reservation request with the Wisconsin BBA Interview Center (firstname.lastname@example.org) at least 2 WEEKS prior to your event date.
Please provide your name, organization/company name, date, phone number, and email. We will then send you a confirmation email with instructions and a PIN number to enter at the automated gate. Advance permits are available only as full-day permits (no partial/half-day permits) and cost $12. Recruiters with reservations will pay in the lot after they arrive. Visit the cashier station on the P1 Central and request to pay for a “visitor permit.”
Pending availability, BBA Corporate partners at the silver level or above will continue to have complimentary parking for Grainger Hall, provided they make their reservation request 2 weeks prior to their visit. Pre-paid day pass PINs will be emailed to you that will allow you both enter and exit Lot 7.
If your representative has not made an advanced reservation or if your company has additional parking needs, parking may be available the day of your visit at the Fluno Center for Executive Education's Lot 83, located two blocks east of Grainger Hall. Additional public hourly parking is also available in several locations near Grainger Hall, including Lot 46 and the Lake Street parking ramp. Click to see map.
In the advent that you don't have a reservation and are able to pull a ticket to enter Lot 7 please keep in mind that the following charges will apply upon exit:
