Real Estate Alumna Susan Chapman Among "75 Most Powerful Women in Business"

One of the "75 Most Powerful Women in Business" according to Black Enterprise magazine is a real estate and urban land economics graduate of the Wisconsin School of Business. Susan Chapman was featured in the January 2010 issue of the magazine for her work with Citigroup.
Chapman currently serves as global head of operations & strategy at Citigroup Corporate Realty Services. In that role, she runs operations ranging from real estate administration to global business relationship management and leads the real estate strategy for a portfolio of property totaling more than 85-million square feet.
Chapman received her MBA from the Wisconsin School of Business in 1998. She also has a B.S. in engineering from Vanderbilt University and an M.S. in planning from University of Massachusetts-Amherst. Her previous positions include director of global real estate and procurement at Level 3 Communications and investment banking manager at Security Capital Group.
Chapman has served on the Dean's Advisory Board of the Wisconsin School of Business which provides guidance, advice and support to help the school achieve its vision. She also has been active with the school's real estate department. In 2002, Chapman was named a Distinguished Business Young Alumnus by the Wisconsin Alumni Association.
