Wisconsin's history of international expertise and activity sets it apart from other real estate programs. That longevity has led to unparalleled business and academic connections and affording students exceptional networking opportunities.
Wisconsin was the pioneer in international real estate education. In 1991, our first group of students visited France, The Netherlands, England, and Germany (where they lodged in the former East Berlin). Nearly two decades later, our students have traveled to diverse real estate markets including Chile, China, Dubai, Japan, Brazil, Singapore, and Vietnam.
Students have additional opportunities to travel within the U.S. and abroad through the Wisconsin School of Business and with the UW Real Estate Club.
