The thread that unites students in the OTM program is the interest in operations and the development and application of technology to products, services, and processes. This is true regardless of whether past degrees have been in engineering, biotechnology, computer science or business (to name a few). Starting positions are naturally dependent on interest and previous work experience.

Job titles of recent graduates include business development manager, consultant, financial analyst, operations planning manager, supply chain analyst, project manager, logistics engineer, and global leadership development program trainee.

Examples of job titles for Erdman Center alumni include: President, Consultant, Senior Delivery Manager, Strategic Planning Manager, Supervisor-Supplier Development, Director of Field Operations, Program Manager, Senior Solution Architect, Manager-Supplier Quality Systems.
