Job Postings/Resume Books

The Wisconsin MBA program uses the eRecruiting platform by Experience to manage job postings, interviews, and resume books. By accessing eRecruiting, you can post your own jobs or internships and view student resumes, plus see your interview schedule once you set this up with the MBA Career Management staff. These positions will be searchable by all of our current full-time and evening MBA students. Using eRecruiting, we are able to add requirements to positions if you have requirements for a position.

How to Post a Job or Internship

To post a job or internship for Wisconsin MBAs, you can email the job description to MBA Career Management Center staff or you can post the position directly on eRecruiting. If you do not already have an account to access the University of Wisconsin-Madison MBA site on eRecruiting, set up an account online or simply email your job description to Matt Nelson and we will post the position for you and set up your access to eRecruiting. This service is free for employers.

Additionally, the Wisconsin School of Business has partnered with MBA Focus and the other elite business schools around the globe to create the MultiPost Job Network, an exclusive tool for employers to post job opportunities to more than 50 of the world’s top MBA programs at once. Post jobs to every school, including the Wisconsin MBA, and every target audience (interns, graduating MBAs, and experienced alumni) or distribute your jobs to specific populations of your choice. Start posting today at MBA Focus.

If you are planning to conduct on-campus interviews and/or an information session to continue to build your brand and increase your exposure, contact Matt Nelson at 608-265-5102 to set up your dates(s).  See On-Campus Recruiting for more details.
