Our goal is to be the global leader in real estate education.

As an alumni, board member or friend of the Wisconsin Real Estate program, your achievements help grow the reputation of Wisconsin real estate education. Giving back can have a significant impact on what our students and the program are today and what they can be in the future.

One of the oldest academic real estate programs in the world and one of the best, real estate and urban land economics education at the University of Wisconsin goes back about 100 years. The first course in land economics was taught in the 1890s, and a degree in land economics has existed at Wisconsin since 1922. The Wisconsin Real Estate program now encompasses undergraduate, MBA, and PhD education, as well as the Global Real Estate Masters program. We are very proud of our graduates and their success.

The Wisconsin Real Estate program continues to achieve and grow. The program is committed to its mission to become the leading real estate program recognized throughout the world for its education, scholarship, and service. The ongoing support of our alumni, members, and friends helps to shape the program for the future.

WREAA Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association (WREAA)

WREAA is a non-profit organization comprised of alumni and friends of the Real Estate program at the Wisconsin School of Business. WREAA serves as a link between its members and the School, current students, and the real estate industry. In addition to providing financial support for student scholarships and the goals and operations of the Wisconsin Real Estate program, WREAA organizes opportunities for networking and interaction for members and affiliates.
