Hart Posen, associate professor of management at the Wisconsin School of Business, describes the implications for the local economy of a merger between Charter Communications and Time Warner Cable in an Associated Press article.

The article, titled “Charter purchase of Time Warner Cable will cost state jobs, UW expert says,” discusses the impact of the more than $55 billion deal on consumer cable rates in Wisconsin.
