Joann Peck, associate dean of undergraduate programs and associate professor of marketing at the Wisconsin School of Business, was quoted in “Deans Take Issue with Gallup Survey,” a recent Poets & Quants article deconstructing the Gallup survey results that cover job satisfaction among business school graduates.
In the article, Peck describes the WSB’s unique approach to undergraduate business education.
“Deep business knowledge is still really important,” says Peck. “But undergraduate students are becoming adults. They are developing. We integrate liberal arts and humanities courses to help them make creative connections outside of business school.”
The article also includes quotes from deans at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, and Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
