Alumnus Robert Lusch (Ph.D. ’75) recently won the 2013 AMA/Irwin/McGraw-Hill Distinguished Marketing Educator Award for his service and outstanding contribution to marketing education.
Lusch was chosen out of 20 other applicants for the award he received at the AMA Winter Marketing Educator’s Conference on February 16 in Las Vegas.
Lusch received his Ph.D. in business administration with an emphasis on marketing and accounting. He is the executive director of the McGuire Center for Entrepreneurship, and has previously served as dean of the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University. Lusch was also on the faculty of the University of Oklahoma for 25 years where he also served as dean.
