Macquarie's Head of Real Estate (retired), London
Mark William Baillie served as Macquarie's Head of Real Estate, North America and Europe and its North American Property Investment Management division and an Executive Director of Macquarie Bank Limited until earlier this year. He worked in the firm's real estate businesses in Sydney, Chicago and London in a number of roles including as chief executive officer of the Macquarie Countrywide Trust.
He has over 22 years experience in chartered accounting, investment banking and global real estate funds management. Mr. Baillie has been Alternate Director of Macquarie Office Trust Ltd., since June 2005. After spending several years in the US founding and building Macquarie Real Estate's North American property funds management business, Mr. Baillie relocated to Macquarie's London office to focus on Macquarie Real Estate's European expansion. He has been a Director of Macquarie DDR Trust., since August 19, 2002. He has been a Director of Macquarie Prologis Income Trust since April 15, 2002. He serves as a Director of Macquarie Prologis Management Limited - a Manager of Macquarie Prologis Trust. He served as a Director of Macquarie DDR Management Ltd., Macquarie Capital Partners LLC, Macquarie's global real estate investment banking joint venture, and Macquarie Countrywide Management Ltd. the responsible entities of Macquarie CountryWide Trust.
Mr. Baillie is a Chartered Accountant and has a BCom from the University of New South Wales. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE) and is a Member of the Real Estate Round Table.

Jean Barden was recently a General Manager at DG HYP. She was the head of their New York Representative Office. Prior to joining DG HYP, she was Managing Director at PB Capital NY (Deutsche Postbank), and Vice President at Capital Trust (NYSE). She started her career at Chemical Bank, where she worked in the Real Estate Investment Bank and was responsible for, among other things, heading up the Real Estate Investment Bank's loan syndication activities. During her 30-year career in commercial real estate, she has been involved with marketing, origination, structuring, syndication, workout, strategic planning, budget development, team building, leadership and management.
She has established and managed two international bank representative offices in New York, where her experiences have expanded to include working with state and federal regulators, lawyers, HR professionals and consultants in negotiating licenses, handling compliance issues, employment and office space needs.
Ms. Barden is a graduate of Sweet Briar College.

Kai-Uwe Bergmann--LEED AP, RIBA, MAA, AIA--has over 10 years of experience as a Project Leader. Mr. Bergmann brings his expertise in business development and in project management to proposals around the globe, including work in Scandinavia, the Middle East and Asia. He is a leader in developing BIG?s presence in Asia, where his current ongoing project includes Central Asia?s first Carbon Neutral Master Plan.
In addition to his experience with BIG, Mr. Bergmann was previously a Project Architect with C.F. Møller Architects in Copenhagen where he was a member of three award-winning competitions. Furthermore, he filled the same role at the Austrian office of Baumschlager & Eberle where he was involved on their work for the UN AIDS Research Administration Building in Geneva and a residence in Diepoldsau, Switzerland. Additionally he has spent the past 11 years studying glass art and creating his own cast glass pieces.
Mr. Bergmann received Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Virginia and a Masters of Architecture with honors from University of California, Los Angeles.

Managing Director, Eastdil Secured, Los Angeles
Mr. Crummy joined Eastdil Secured in 1994 after having spent several years with Morgan Stanley in Tokyo. Throughout his career at Eastdil Secured, he has specialized in the sale and recapitalization of institutional investment properties. He is currently a member of Eastdil Secured's Private Equity team, which focuses on blind pool fund raising and property, portfolio, or entity joint ventures. Mr. Crummy is also responsible for sourcing Asian capital for both direct and indirect investment in the United States.
Mr. Crummy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a licensed real estate broker in California and Hawaii and holds NASD Series 7 and 63 licenses.
He serves on the Board of Advisors of the James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate at the Wisconsin School of Business and an active member in real estate professional organizations including the Urban Land Institute, and the Pension Real Estate Association.

Chief Executive Officer, Principal Real Estate Investors, Des Moines
Pat Halter is the Chief Executive Officer of Principal Real Estate Investors, the dedicated real estate unit of Principal Global Investors. As head of real estate, he is responsible for overall global real estate strategy, new business development, and business management, including oversight of staff professionals located in the United States, Europe, Asia and Australia.
As a twenty-five year veteran in commercial real estate, Mr. Halter's expertise includes product and fund design, new business development, portfolio strategy and investment management. He also has substantial transaction experience originating and approving over $25 billion in investments for Principal and its clients. Mr. Halter chairs the board of Principal Real Estate Investors. He is also an Executive Director of Principal Global Investors. He also serves as the chair of numerous other Principal Real Estate Investors subsidiaries.
He is Vice Chair of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers (NAREIM). He is a member of the Real Estate Roundtable and is Chair of it's Research Committee. Mr. Halter is also a member of the Pension and Real Estate Association (PREA), the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate(AFIRE) and serves on the Board of the Graaskamp Center for Real Estate at the University of Wisconsin.
Mr. Halter received an MBA in finance and a bachelor's degree in finance and marketing from the University of Wisconsin.

Managing Director, Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board, London
Wenzel Hoberg is responsible for international real estate investments at Canada Pension Plan Investment Board which includes direct real estate, joint ventures and private equity fund investments in Europe and Asia-Pacific. He joined CPPIB in 2007 and has recently relocated with his investment team from Toronto to London.
Mr.Hoberg has over 10 years of international real estate investment experience gained as Head of Global Acquisitions at German open ended fund manager "Commerz Grundbesitz Invest" (today: "Commerz Real") and Head of Asset Management for the German shopping center developer "mfi - Management für Immobilien".
He holds an executive post-graduate real estate degree from the European Business School and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin.
Mr. Hoberg is professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

Raymond LO CRE, FRICS, is the co-managing Partner of AsiaVest Partners and Principal of CIC Capital Management Limited of Hong Kong. He is an experienced investment manager, corporate finance professional and served in many Hong Kong listed real estate companies with major investments in China and North America as director or advisor. He specialized in the real estate and hospitality sectors and is a Certified Hospitality Educator.
Mr. Lo was once an Executive Vice President of a Hong Kong listed Bank and the Principal of PriceWaterhouse, Toronto. He graduated in business administration from the University of Wisconsin and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the England & Wales and Canadian Institutes. He attended the International Banking School at St' John's College, Cambridge University, becoming a member of the Cambridge University Land Society and read law at the University of Hong Kong and a member of the International Bar Association.

Audrey Klein is a Managing Principal in the Park Hill Real Estate Group. Ms. Klein is a representative in the United Kingdom of Park Hill Group International Limited, an Appointed Representative of The Blackstone Group International Limited, which is authorized and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. She is based in London.
Since joining Park Hill Real Estate, Ms. Klein has been a member of Park Hill's Real Estate group's distribution team and heads the London office for Park Hill Real Estate Group. Before joining Park Hill Real Estate, Ms. Klein ran Caskar Partners LLC, for five years marketing alternative asset funds across all asset classes including private equity, real estate and hedge funds to European investors comprised of pension funds, banks, family offices and high net worth individuals.
Previously, Ms. Klein worked at Babcock and Brown in Germany where she co-founded the German office and helped establish equity relationships across Europe. Ms. Klein began her career at Bank of America in San Francisco doing syndication across various sectors before co-founding a real-estate fund for the group.
Ms. Klein received a BS in Economics from Emory University and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Business.

Amaury de Parcevaux
Senior Vice President | Chief Marketing Officer, Falcon Real Estate Investment Management, Ltd., New York
Amaury de Parcevaux is Senior Vice President for Falcon and he is based in New York. As Chief Marketing Officer, he has overall responsibility for the Global marketing strategy of Falcon's direct and indirect investments platforms. Mr. de Parcevaux has had over 18 years experience in marketing to high-net-worth individuals, and comes to Falcon from Morgan Stanley, where he was a First Vice President in the Wealth Management department. Prior to that, he worked in the Private Banking department of Merrill Lynch, at Citibank and Deutsche Bank in New York, and at Commerzbank and Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt. Mr. de Parcevaux graduated in 1988 from the European Business School (Oestrich-Winkel, Paris and London) with a Master's Degree in Finance. In addition to French and English, Mr. de Parcevaux is also fluent in German.

Robert P. Perry
Senior Managing Director, CarVal Investors, Minneapolis
Since 1997, Mr. Perry has managed relationships and investments in the North American Real Estate Business. His range of experience encompasses all real estate property classes, and includes equity and debt structures in both the private and public markets across all major United States locations. In addition, Mr. Perry has been active in CVI's Asian activities, underwriting real estate and distressed debt acquisitions in Thailand and South Korea.
Prior to joining CVI, Mr. Perry was a founding partner in a Minneapolis-based boutique investment firm specializing in banking workout and disposition activities.
Mr. Perry received a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and is active in both the University of Wisconsin and Wharton Real Estate Centers.

Corporate General Manager, GRUPO ROBLE, Latin America
Alberto Poma is the Corporate General Manager of Grupo Roble, the real estate division of Grupo Poma. He is an active participant in the development, construction and management of large scale multi-use projects that include shopping centers, hotels, entertainment centers, office complexes and residences.
Grupo Roble has sold more than 60,000 homes and currently owns and manages more than 7 million square feet of Gross Leasable Area in its 19 Shopping Centers and 2 Office Complexes throughout Central America and Colombia.
He is a director of Grupo Poma and FUNTER (Teleton). He is a member, since 2006, of the El Salvador Chapter of the Young Presidents Organization.
Mr. Poma received an MBA degree in finance and Economics from the INCAE Business School and a bachelor's degree in business and marketing from Washington University in St. Louis.

Stephen G. Williams
International Consultant, Real Capital Analytics, New York
Steve Williams is a Past President of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a founding partner of the New York-based valuation advisory practice, Williams-Murdoch, Inc. He is based in New York where he serves as international consultant to Real Capital Analytics.
Primarily a valuation specialist, Steve's 40-year career on all five Continents has included senior roles with Donaldsons (now DTZ), Landauer and Jones Lang LaSalle, providing investment advisory services to the cross-border, securitized, real estate markets. On this topic and in the wake of the 2007 sub-prime tremors, he has authored the text "Facing the Global Challenge."
Mr. Williams is a visiting lecturer at Duke University and an external examiner at MIT and Georgia State University. A national USPAP instructor in the US and a former Chair of the US Appraiser Qualifications Board (AQB), Steve holds an Honorary Fellowship from Liverpool John Moores University.
A practicing MAI since 1988, Steve is a regular presenter at real estate investment conferences, a Freeman of the City of London and a member of London's Worshipful Company of Chartered Surveyors.
