The Accenture Leadership Center sponsors at least one leadership-focused workshop or speaker each month. Rather than follow a typical lecture format, these presentations are designed to be interactive. Workshops cover a variety of relevant leadership topics and engage students in gaining practical knowledge and skills.
Each workshop is based on one of the six following themes of the Accenture Leadership Center:
- Building High-Performance Teams
- Creating a Vision and Bringing It to Reality
- Leadership Styles and Interpersonal Effectiveness
- Living and Leading with Integrity
- Managing Change
- The Dynamics of Power and Influence
