Congratulations to the UW-Madison team of Stephen Rothstein, Max Sternberg, Jane Van Eerden, Alex Neubauer, Laura Bodine and Beau Garot which placed 1^st in the USC International Real Estate Competition! 

The team received the case on a Monday morning at 12:01am and worked until 3pm on Thursday to submit an executive summary and PowerPoint, with no outside help from anyone.  The students worked over 60 hours in these four days, gave an outstanding presentation, and were praised for their thorough analysis and presentation, even beating out the hometown team of USC!
