ALDI recruits for District Managers as well as District Manager Interns.  District Managers oversee and manage store operations, recruit store personnel, and monitor cash and inventory levels.  District Manager Interns are immersed in the District Manager position over a 10-week period.  Interns shadow District Managers and learn the essentials of leadership and store operations.
