Congratulations UW-Madison students – your campus has been chosen to participate in KPMG’s International Case Competition (KICC)! As one of only 20 universities selected, you’ll compete head to head against some of the brightest students across the country for the ultimate prize, an all-expenses paid trip to the International Finals in Hong Kong. In fact, your team could be defending the international title, since the U.S. is the current reigning world champions, having out-performed student teams from 18 other countries in last year’s competition. The KICC will allow you and three friends to showcase your business acumen, network with KPMG professionals, and travel to new and exciting places. This program promises to be a unique and rewarding experience. The first step of your journey to Hong Kong is competing against your fellow Badgers to represent UW-Madison at the U.S. semifinals in San Francisco and possibly at the national finals in New York City.
Sound exciting? It gets even better. To simulate the tight deadlines and demands of today’s business world, this case competition only requires a 48-hour time commitment. All you need is the case, two days to analyze the issues and make recommendations, and three friends to form your team.
Ready to learn more? Check out our Web site at www.kpmgcampus.com/KICC or e-mail Amy Sundet, firstname.lastname@example.org, for important dates and deadlines.
Please plan to attend the information session taking place on Tuesday, October 25th at 7:30pm in Grainger Hall.
