The Center for the First-Year Experience is hiring interns by Katie Coon

The Center for the First-Year Experience (CFYE) invites undergraduate applicants to serve as interns in their office. Internship positions are available for students interested in working with the SOAR program and Wisconsin Welcome.  Serving in one of these leadership positions will reward students with experiences and skills that will enhance their career and personal development. Each position plays a critical role in the success of the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s First Year Experience. These positions are selected based on their leadership potential, communication skills, and commitment to first year students.

Students interested in these positions should visit http://www.newstudent.wisc.edu/employment/intern.php for more information. In addition, CFYE encourages potential applicants to meet with CFYE staff members prior to submitting an application to help them become better informed about the changes being made to the 2012 SOAR program.

Applications are due by Noon on Tuesday, October 25, 2011. No late applications will be accepted.  Questions can be sent to newstudent@studentlife.wisc.edu
