The Morgridge Center will be hosting the Fall Volunteer Fair next Thursday, September 29 from 11a.m. to 2p.m. in the Great Hall of Memorial Union. The Volunteer Fair is an annual event that hosts over 60 local non-profit agencies and attracts many service-oriented UW-Madison students.
Agencies showcase their volunteer, advocacy, and service-learning opportunities, while students can find service opportunities that match their interest, major and career goals. To benefit from their time at the Volunteer Fair, students should start thinking ahead to what they want from their service experience and consider their interests, the type of service they would like to do, and the time commitment they are willing to dedicate.
