If you are interested in teaching English in Korea after graduation... by sbarber

For the eighth year, the ESL Program of the UW-Madison English Department is cooperating with the Gyeonggi-do Office of Education to send Wisconsin graduates to Korea to work in elementary, middle or high schools as an assistant English teacher.   Any major is acceptable and no teaching experience is required.  Terms are good and the job is secure. It's a great thing to do for a year.  Normally people leave for Korea in late August, for a one-year contract to begin September 1.

Join us to get more information and to talk with people who have gone before you.

Information Meeting Sunday, April 10, 2:30 to 4:00 p.m. 6191 Helen C. White Hall

If you are interested but cannot attend, you can email or for application materials.    Materials should be submitted before the semester ends.
