All Campus Party - Bucky’s Community Cleanup

Happy Spring! It is that time of year again and the All Campus Party is right around the corner! On Wednesday, April 20, you can get free pizza at the “Wear Red, Get Fed” event from 11:00a.m. – 4:00p.m.  If you are in the mood for even more free food, stick around after the event and take part in Bucky's Community Cleanup, an annual event put on by the Morgridge Center for Public Service.  This is a great opportunity to help clean up campus in time for Earth Day!

We will be cleaning up four areas of campus from 3:00p.m. - 5:00p.m. This is an easy and quick way to volunteer your time for a great cause. Garbage bags and gloves will be provided! Please meet us at the bottom of Bascom Hill to get materials and sign-in. After the cleanup is done, come back to the bottom of Bascom to get a free treat, socialize and network!

Bring your friends, family, roommates, classmates, professors, and coworkers! You can register for this fun and popular event here.

Madison Ballet seeks an Accounting Volunteer

The mission of Madison Ballet is to promote appreciation and access to ballet by providing training and performing opportunities through professionally produced productions and educational initiatives. Also a resident of The Overture Center for the Arts, the organization produces large productions such as "The Nutcracker" and "Cinderella," as well as many more, on stage at The Overture.

Madison Ballet is seeking an Accountant who is willing to volunteer some of their time to our organization.   We are seeking someone who has experience in financial analysis, forecasting, cash flow, and budgeting. Those areas include: ticketing, contributions, and tuition. We would like this individual to be very comfortable working with excel spreadsheets. QB knowledge is a plus, but not required.

Those interested should contact Amy Guthier, Director of Development, at (608) 278-7990 x 224 or by e-mail.
