Legal Basics for Starting a Company Please RSVP by Monday, March 28 at: http://www.gilsonseries.org/

Nascent entrepreneurs confront a myriad of potential legal pitfalls, many of which they don’t even know exist.  Here’s your chance to begin to identify those issues as well as to develop a process for finding the answers to these legal challenges.

This lecture will offer an overview of key legal issues you will confront when starting up your business, and provide some insights into how best to manage those issues.  The speakers are participants in the University of Wisconsin's Law & Entrepreneurship Clinic, where law students provide free legal services to startup business through the Entrepreneurs’ Resource Clinic in the Town Center at the Wisconsin Institutes for Discovery.
