Academic advising sessions for first-semester transfer students interested in business by Katie Coon

The School of Business Undergraduate Academic Services (UAS) is offering small group advising sessions during February, March, and April to help transfer students interested in business prepare for fall course selection and the application process.These sessions are for current UW-Madison students (not prospective students).  These are not mandatory sessions, but you are encouraged to attend if you would like to meet other pre-business transfer students on campus.  Registration is required.

New Transfer Student Group Advising sessions will cover the following topics:

√ Advising Services

√ Business Majors and Parallel Plans

√ DARS Reports/Requirements

√ Fall Course Ideas

√ Application Information

√ Other Academic Opportunities and Information

Tuesday, February 15, 2011 3:00-4:00 p.m. in 3070 Grainger Hall

Wednesday, February 23, 2011 3:30-4:30 p.m. in 3070 Grainger Hall

Monday, March 7, 2011 4:00-5:00 p.m. in 3070 Grainger Hall

Tuesday, April 12, 2011 4:30-5:30 p.m. in 4151 Grainger Hall
