Over the past few months various constituents of the Wisconsin School of Business have begun to discuss ways of improving our Wisconsin BBA program as well as the pros and cons of putting a rankings goal in place. Those discussions developed after BusinessWeek released their most recent ranking of Undergraduate Business Programs which ranked the Wisconsin BBA program 42nd down from 27th four years earlier.
Broad participation in these discussions by faculty, staff, students and alumni is vital to a shared vision and continued success of our Wisconsin BBA program. Thus, I invite you to participate in one of the Town Hall Meetings listed below which will provide a forum for open dialogue on (1) possible improvements to the Wisconsin BBA, and (2) whether the Wisconsin BBA should adopt a rankings goal.
