Wisconsin School of Business to be Honored This Weekend with the Professional Business Fraternity of Delta Sigma Pi by Kelly Cuene

March 13, 2010 marks a historic date for the Wisconsin School of Business: More than 150 guests from around the country will be arriving in Madison this weekend to celebrate the granting of a chapter charter of Delta Sigma Pi Professional Business Fraternity.

Delta Sigma Pi plays an active role on campus encouraging the study of business, offering lifelong career networking and internship opportunities, corporate partnerships, leadership development, scholarships, and community service opportunities. Currently there are 63 WSoB students involved in Delta Sigma Pi who form the founding class of the Psi Chapter. Delta Sigma Pi is different from other organizations in the school by its dynamic membership involvement; rather than being part of an enormous club, membership is highly selective and students foster social and professional relationships on a much closer level.
