Summer course options at UW-Madison and elsewhere by Katie Coon

Summer in Madison means time on the Terrace, the Farmer's Market, construction, and summer courses.  Summer enrollment will begin March 22 - check your Student Center for your enrollment time and for the schedule of available courses.  See the Summer Session page to learn more about how summer courses work at UW-Madison.

Taking courses elsewhere this summer?  Find out how the courses transfer before you enroll.  Use the Office of Admissions website to determine course equivalencies.  Once you're on the page, use TIS if you're taking the course at another UW college; use TED if you're taking the course at one of the listed MN or IL colleges; or use the Summer Course Equivalency Service if the college does not fall into either of the two categories listed above.
