Johnston to Succeed Goodman as Pepsi's Financial Chief
Richard Goodman will leave Pepsico at the end of March and be replaced by Hugh Johnston. Goodman is going to step down and oversee the integration of two bottling operations, a large undertaking for Pepsico.
Lehman Whistle-Blower's Fate: Fired
A whistler-blower alerted Lehman’s auditor, Ernst & Young, that Lehman Brother’s took a $50 billion asset off their balance sheet in 2008. As a result of this, he was quickly let go and now there is an impending investigation into Lehman Brothers.
Saab to Open Headquarters in Detroit
Saab will now locate its North American Headquarters in the Detriot area. Experts predict that this will help boost Michigan’s dragging economy along with its image. GM sold Saab to Spyker Cars in February in a $74 million deal.
