This workshop will be presented by Ambassador Stephen Halloway.  Ambassador Halloway, a UW-Madison alum, serves as a special advisor to the United Nations Industrial Development Organization and as a senior advisor to the International Law Institute.  Formerly, he worked as a senior advisor at the Inter-American Development Bank’s Office of External Relations.
