Use your talents to volunteer with the Morgridge Center. Volunteer opportunities this week include the Jingle Bell Run and work in the sustainability field.
Volunteer at this year’s Jingle Bell Run!
The Madison Jingle Bell Run/Walk is southwestern Wisconsin's largest arthritis fundraising event, and the Arthritis Foundation is proud to be celebrating its 25th anniversary. Many volunteers are needed to work the 5K and 10K courses, directing our runners, cheering them on, and calling out split times at mile markers. Other volunteer duties include day-of registration, food and beverage, data entry, set-up, and clean-up.
This is an outdoor, winter event taking place on Saturday, December 11th from 7:30am-1:00pm. Race-day volunteers must be able to stay outside for 2-4 hours on a winter day. Most jobs will require volunteers to stand, and some will require some light lifting.
Contact Stephanie Caine, Special Events Coordinator, at (608) 221-9800 or by e-mail if interested.
